#1 misc. bug fixes against 1.0a2

When i installed nagat 1.0a2 i found some bugs (or some
behavior I don't like much), and this fixes some of
them for me.

Contains:
1. combo box & listbox item sorting
2. some nagiosdata changes and updates
- added some options according to nagios doc
3. inheritance info for hosts fix
- inheritance info in hostedit was not displayed
4. usage info fix
- usage info was not displayed in hostedit and serviceedit
5. fixed import of lines with ; style comments
6. register stays set to no when i save it and edit it
again
- i really hated when i changed something in template
service, saved it and register was set to default/yes
7. maybe something else

8. I added button for deleting nagat config data io
import.php, this one is ugly and simply overwrites
nagat*.dat with but It's all i need ;-)

PS: don't complain if something happens and destroys
yout config ;-)
PS2: there's a lot of lines in patch where only
difference is deleted space at the end of the line ...
