Well, after putting away the files that came with my
SuSE 9.2 (1.0a2-274.1) and getting all files from CVS,
I see that hosts, contacts etc. are imported.
But I am a bit confused about the navigation.
I expected a link on one category will bring me to the
respective list. But no link available. It took me some
looks onto the source code before I noticed that the
"Go" button does not mean go for the search (on the
left side) but for the category (on the right side).
"New" was no problem ;-)
The exporter has a little problem - at least together
with nagios 1.2: when there is an error in one config
file, the output is reduced to a single line saying
nagios -v ... returned errorlevel 254. Copying the
command to the command line (glad I am on localhost)
tells me the reason for that error, some bad config
(Error: Contact 'tux' has no service notification
commands defined!). Hmmmm... at least this happens when
testing between saving configuration and objects (one
is saved, the other is not).
So, it's not a severe bug...
Klicking the "About" link in the upper right corner
brings an error "about.php not found". I think that
belongs to the "help system" entry in TODO ;-)
