#13 [NTox] parsing error

Try this URL in Courier 0.5 and NTox (latest):

After the paragraph ending "the interior ministry said
in a statement." the next paragraph should start with
the text

"The search continues for other ...

But instead the first quote and word are missing and
the paragraph starts with

search continues for other...

I don't see any obvious syntax errors in the source.
