Let's see, while testing...

1) Pressing ALT+N too quickly when switching mods causes an
error in Mikmod.

2) Sometimes sound will cut out, or a sam will make the current
mod file skip ahead.

3) Apparently partial char sets aren't implemented yet...

4) The jump to mod order command has a large lag.
