#1 Incorrect Tab Order

OS:Win Vista

Recreation Steps:
1) Open WorkTime Recorder application
2) Get Focus on 'Task Name' field
3) Populate the field and press Tab
4) Focus on 'Comment' field and again press Tab

Actual:
Focus goes to the button above the field

Expected:
The focus should have gone to Task Start Time field

5) Now again press Tab

This time the focus goes to 'Add' Button

It seems that the whole tab order has not set
