#127 Command line executable launch on CLient

Mytracker Client should have an option to add to the
"Tools menu" new custom menus to run a command line in
order to lauch other applications (such as excel, word,
notepad), etc, or
run a batch file, or even open any kind of file.

It could also include a "button" in the buttons panel
for the custom lauchings just as the "one-click" buttons..
