It would be great, if one can show a chart (and maybe also show it on the map as is done for speed/grade/etc.) for VO2 (or MET) for running, based on the grade and speed. This is especially useful when there is no heart-rate data. The formula for running is:
VO2 = (0.2 x speed) + (0.9 x speed x grade) + 3.5
Speed is calculated in m/min.
Grade = ratio of the elevation / distance
MET = VO2 / 3.5
