The Danish authorities have released a substantial amount of data the past couple of years. One such piece of data is the so called Orthophoto Spring arial photo of Denmark. The resolution is absolutely stunning, quite a bit higher than MyTourbook supports. But still, adding it to MyTourbook looks really cool...
Zoom levels can go from 1 to 19. Setting it to 20 causes an error in MyTourbook (could be the data, could be the program). The maps themselves go higher but since GPS tracks are not that precise themselves, level 19 is quite adequate for this purpose. The custom URL will look thus...
The map proxy making this possible, was set up by Gregers Petersen (https://twitter.com/GregersP) and the underlying data are from Geodatastyrelsen (http://gst.dk/).

Looks very cool
I created a profile map provider which also shows the OSM Names (map-denmark-with-osm.jpg)
You can easily create this map provider with drag&drop of this file (prof-den-osm-orthophoto-2014-06-06.xml) into the map provider pref page, see here:
http://mytourbook.sourceforge.net/mytourbook/index.php/map-provider/install-map-provider
Ah, das ist einfach super! I missed the vectors.
