v0.27.1-14-g2720f45 Fails to Launch because ligtab.dll is missing.

Error Received "The Program can't start because libtag.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

previously v0.27-201-gb10d885 was running against my 0.27.1-fixes backend

that's strange that its suddenly linking to that file...

Try re-download; I modified the build script to hopefully include the plain named dll.
