#8 Make development libraries to be in sync with trunk

Currently the change of a core library needs to be followed at least in the mailing list, if not by asking why the trunk does not compile. The download of our libraries ist not always in sync with the trunk. We have to find a method or workflow so that with a library change the contributors are aware that the have to update or b) we check in the binaries which would be a self-mainaining solution
