#1 Server lookup failed!

I was thoroughly impressed with MRE when I first used it with KnoppMyth R5C7. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to work with two later revisions of KnoppMyth (R5D1 & R5F1). I recently started over with R5F1 and I get this for my log output (log=3)

I tried to figure out what was going on, and scoured Google, Knoppmyth, Sourceforge, and MythTV for answers, but found little. I did find a post that helped me determine that DB wasn't installed in pear, which I remedied, but it didn't fix my issue.

If you would prefer I post to a forum I'd be happy to, just let me know which.
