A make install should install everything into system
dirs (/usr/local/*).

    Fixed in CVS.

    A 'make install' will now install the exe to /usr/local/bin
    and all required files to /usr/local/lib/mre.

    An init script is also created in /etc/init.d; a log dir is
    created in /var/log/mre and the INI file is placed in
    /etc/mre.conf
