I have two turner cards in my Myth box. The backend usually defaults to the first card for recording programs and the second card for Live TV. I haven't been receiving updates when I watch live tv presumably because MythGrowl only checks for the status of the first tuner. Events on the first tuner result in growl notifications.

Yes, support for multiple tuners is an often asked for feature. Maybe someday... I don't have multiple tuners so there isn't much incentive for me to implement this and also means I can't easily test it. Feel free to checkout the code and submit a patch though ;-)
