#5 Program filtering, and minor changes to Web interface

This patch provides program and group filters for the
new (for SVN MythTV) web interface (as per the SVN
mythweb program listing), and various additional minor
changes.

Minor changes include:
- slight modifications to look and feel of the
confirm, and viewlog pages
- autorefresh confirmation page
- changes to links to use absolute paths, to improve
reliability
- moving backgroundthumbnails and highlight symlinks
to the images directory to avoid .htaccess modifications
- changes to which lock files were used to facilitate
page selection
- changes to install script to automatically provide
needed symlinks (untested)

Note that this patch does not include the necessary
calls for internationalisation.
