#1 mystructure_set_smiles: problematic char in compound-ids

In one dataset a compound-id had '/' in its name and
that is fine unless there are problems during the
registration. During the registration (execution of
mystructure_set_smiles) the file with name
error_<compound-id>.txt is created with error statement
from CDL. Now if compound-id has '/' the system then
treats it in the error file as folder/filename separator.
