That many sensors and the esp32 will generate heat, so a decent sized box with plenty of internal air space is necessary, as well as slotted air vents to allow heat buildup with the box to escape.

Hi Robert,
Sharing my build images with ESP32. Overall I just use back my old casing and change the front cover.
I found out 2 things will generate heat. which is the ESP32 wifi chips and LM7805.
Regarding to the lens assembly, I flocked the internal of the lens cover. The result really improved a lot.

Re-uploaded with new images and design. Also I add a capacitor and connect to EN and GRD pin to solve the upload sketch issue.

Finally I solved the controller heating issue by adding a small 5v 30x30mm fan in it to suck the hot air out.
