Are you sure you want to distribute this under the GPL and not the LGPL? The LGPL would let me reference MySQL# as a class library without GPL'ing my code.
As a developer, I can either use your class library unmodified and all of my work that references it is GPL'd. Can't do this in any of the commercial products I develop at work.
Or, I can buy the $99 licence from dbProvider for thier provider and not worry about my code going open source if I don't want it to.
