The databases you've created with phpmyadmin can be used by all users in the table users, my program can make databases witch only can be used by one person and by the admins.
Try to delete a database with phpmyadmin...

phpmyadmin isn't the same as the programm that i write, with my programm you can make new databases and delete databases and these things.
