Summary: Remove stray "inline" keyword

Initial Comment:
The Row::size() member function is declared to be
inline in the function body, yet the definition is
given out-of-line in the Row.cc file. This raises a
warning in GCC 3.4.
This patch removes the "inline" keyword.
