The Win32 0.9.8 package does not have a Setup.exe despite the INSTALL.TXT describing it as the only mechanism of installation.

Instead the package must be manually unzipped and shortcuts set up. The software must then be manually configured to point to the correct paths.

All paths in the configuration are set to default Unix paths and so without going through and modifying all these settings, various errors about not being able to find syntax files are displayed when performing most operations.
