Just found this project creator's website and there is a SQLDict module. I haven't tried it, but it looks even more extensive then what I created. http://dustman.net/andy/python/SQLDict

I was wondering if this sort of wrapper could be built into an advanced API for mysql? Any plans for that in this project?
