Version 3.0.0 Out

This is the latest version. It connects to MySQL4.1 (and earlier) versions of the DB server, and it also contains a (very-)light object/relational layer (with a small modeling tool : MCPModeler).
Still need to rewrite documentation, for Doxygen.
