#2 Msg reporting error
In the new version (0.25) when you disable the
downloading of bulletins, you get a notification
everytime myspectacle checks telling you that you have
new messages. Even though there are no new messages or
new bulletins. When you turn bulletin downloading back
on it functions normally.
