#1 More flexible LINK_MAP

This uses a more flexible way to create links. It's a
new entry in the .conf file that looks like this:
LINKS -L table.col%http://www.google.com/search?q=<>
Then it makes every entry in that column a link by
replacing the "<>" symbol with the field. I personally
designed it to be able to make new mySiteMaker searches
on other tables based on related columns. As you can
see the possibilites are endless.
Apply lib.patch to the library files, and cgi.patch to
the general_search.cgi file.
