#26 adjust descriptions of foods with manufacturers

since manufacturer is it's own field it doesn't make sense to include it in the foods name. excluding it will also put that food closer to the foods it's actually related to in lists. These foods are easy to find since they have the manufacturer in all caps at the beginning of the name. don't forget about the short description either. check the adjust_usdandb_tables.sql file.
