All,

I have done a little tinkering with the "Working Draft" and now that we 
have figured out how to get CVS working, I have checked the newer 
version back in to the /rc/atlas/docs/ directory.

Not too many changes, but please feel free to give me an idea of the new 
basic structure and how you like (or don't like) it.
