I have been modifying the "Working Draft" (not much, just some 
structural changes and a few more term definitions).  I have not had a 
chance to check it into CVS due to the problems we've all been experiencing.

Let me know if you have made any changes since last night (when pulled 
down the latest copy our of CVS).  If so, it might be best to email them 
to me so I can incorporate into the new structure.

Loic - feel free to email me if I am jumping the gun on this.
