myProFTPdAdmin project launched

Hello!
As there is no good way to manage a proftpd-server with mysql extension for me i thought it would be a good idea to do this on my own. Currently I am in the phase of planning, but soon I will be able to release a (maybe minimal)-functional pice of software!
