#47 </logfile> missing at xml output

When analyzing xml raw data, I noticed, that the final </logfile> tag is missing quite frequently.
Haven't found out the reason yet. Maybe when uploading without pressing Stop button?

Example:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><logfile manufacturer="samsung"
.....
<gps time="20111230100318" lng="149.12802470393606" lat="-35.27833452757693" alt="588.0" hdg="0.0" spe="1.942548" accuracy="15.0" />
</scan> <-- file ends here.. closing logfile tag is missing
