#8 missing stuff in CVS

The overall project setup in CVS is somewhat flawed:

* Libraries are in a separate cvs module. Okay but they
look like third-party. Why are we maintaining
third-party code in CVS. I would just link the binary.

* Code in CVS HEAD references some edu.* classes. They
are missing.

* Not alle the libraries necessary for building the
distribution are included (L&Fs), nor is there meta
data telling where to get those libraries from and in
which version.

I strongly recommend moving to maven.
