#4 apache/windwos problem

thank you very much for the great tool. it works
perfectly on my linux machine, but i experience some
problems on windows nt. everything works great, only
the picture management doesn't work at all. when i try
to upload a new picture, the web server crashes with
dr. watson and the following message in the log file:
[error][client 212.209.XX.XX]file does not exist:
c:/programme/apache group/apache/htdocs/scripts/..%
5c/winnt/system32/cmd.exe.
I don't understand this at all. Could you help me?
