#4 section text proposal

Visitors and users should be able to propose a long
content article in the sections, or a delimited
portion of the sections, and then have some advanced
edition features : police, tables, ... (could also be
used with an image insertion option). This should be
accompanied with a hudge change in the sections, such
as limited areas, CMS with full multiple page
possibility (automatic sub-section for example, where
all the long article pages are accessible on a summary
page depending on a section page), updates pages ...
