Since you're already starting this, it might be useful to expand MyPFXAdmin to include the ability to configure advanced Postfix configuration items as well.
What kind of things do you have in mind exactly?
At this time it's really built for just user and domain administration so no direct manipulation of a database is required.
If it's reasonable (and I can figure out how to work it in) I'll definately look into it.
