myPerlSANS is a free software that can be used to reduce 2-dimensional small angle neutron scattering data. The codes are mostly written in Perl and Perl Data Language (PDL), a little bit of FORTRAN95, sed and shell scripts and uses Veusz freeware to display (and analyze) I vs. Q plot. It uses file with command lines as input.
