#30 Able to select date in the future for recorded measurements

Steps to reproduce:

1) login to the MyOSCAR portal and navigate to Wellness
2) add a category to be tracked if not already done so
3) add a value to be recorded
4) select a date in the future
5) select a measured at location
6) click the "add" button

You are able to successfully save this record. You shouldn't be allowed to add a "recorded" value that has not happened yet. It is a small bug with input validation.

This was found in:

Why was this state changed to "fixed"?

This still happens on the trunk code and there's no pending commits that I can see in gerrit for this. Are you sure you pushed your commit to gerrit?

Yes it is not in Trunk yet. I am waiting to granted write access to the
Trunk to commit my changes.
