#28 After provider confirms relationship, alert still remains after refresh

Steps to reproduce:

1) login to MyOSCAR as demographic user
2) add relationship between yourself and care provider
3) logout of MyOSCAR
4) login to MyOSCAR as the care provider that is to approve the request
5) click the "comfirm" button


The page refreshes and the "confirm" button is still there. If you go to anywhere in the UI and come back it is still there. It is only removed if you as the provider log out and back in again.

it is a minor issue, but it would be normal for an alert to be removed once it has been confirmed without having to logout.

    actually I'd consider this a major issue :p it's core functionality on expected usage by end users (not administrators etc).

    If you want to change that to something higher, that is fine. Most
    methodologies will classify on impact and work around ability.

    The business and it's organizational units would still be able to function. An annoyance normally.
