No

This is really minor and may not even be an issue at all. An edge case for sure.

To reproduce:

1) upload and activate the survey
2) login as a demographic user
3) choose to start the "Demographic Information Survey"
4) on the first question select either "Male" or "Female"
5) click "save and close"
6) leave the survey

If you continue the survey at a later time, it doesn't retain that you selected and saved the first question.

It seems to be the same for all surveys. Edge case for all surveys.

There is a new update to this issue. It DOES NOT have to happen on the first question of a survey. For instance, I'm doing the pain inventory survey now. If I get to question 7, select an option and then click "Save and Close", when I come back to the survey, the answer is not retained.

Maybe "Save and Close" is intended to just remember the question that you are on, not the value that you have selected; if you have done so.
