My cell phone can receive 00101 base station network, but my phone unable to connect to the 00101 network?

Start the OpenBTS has the following tips:
OpenBTS> ALERT 12463:12480 2015-01-30T17:06:29.6
Transceiver.cpp:414:pullRadioVector:Clipping detected on RACH input

In OpenBTSCLI is set like this:
config Control.LUR.OpenRegistration .*

but my phone unable to connect to the 00101 network?
What should I do?
Please god give directions...
