#90 Taborder Add New Account wizard

Hi,

I was trying your brand new 'Add new account' wizard, and it's working real good for me, thanks! My first suggestion is to check the taborder for the fields, it's just a tiny thing to fix, but it works so much faster if they're in the right order!

Another thing: when the wizard is finished, it sais: "Your new mail account is ready. Click 'ok' to start synchronize your mail with MyOE.", there is no OK button, instead there is just the finish button. Also, maybe I don't want to sync immediently, so could you make this an option? (A checkbox maybe?)

Oh and by the way, your application looks really nice! The new outlook look looks very good, even on a windows xp system! Way to go!
