#2 Text file import

User should have a possibility to import text file from phone's file system to MyNotes tree.

How it should work in general:
1. I go into the folder I want to import file to.
2. I press "Menu", choose "Import file here" item
3. Phone's file system browser appears, I find the .txt file I want and press OK.
4. New note appears in that folder with the same content as file choosen.

Detailed information:
1. Input file's encoding is UTF-8.
2. Input file's extension is TXT (case insensitive).
3. A phone's file system browser should be implemented which will allow user to choose a file to import. User should access it by choosing "Import file here" in folder's context menu.
4. If file's size is larger than standard TextBox can handle then this note should have read-only flag (see NotesFileSystem.java).
