#1 Error when moving down the bottom element of checklist

How to reproduce:
1. Create a checklist
2. Create an element in it
3. In menu choose "Move down"
An application error should occur and program will terminate.

Exception:
Array Index Out Of Bounds
java/lang/ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
