The installation of MyNmap--especially with sparse installation documentation--can be confusing if the installer doesn't have experience with similar LAMP applications. To offer another way for people I have added a VM image for download.
This is an OpenBSD 4.3 (www.openbsd.org) based Vmware virtual machine with a fully function installation of MyNmap.

MyNmap is a tool that uses Apache/PHP/MySQL/PERL (designed to run on Linux, BSD, or other Unix clones) to display Nmap network scan data for large networks.
MyNmap is a project started back in 2003.
It provides the ability to manage port scan data for thousands of systems and the ability to sort through it quickly. The resulting codebase is a mish-mash of LAMP + a PERL script that takes Nmap’s XML and inserts it into a database, allowing some basic reporting.
