#18 User Controlled Group Order

IMHO, Initially the order should be the alpabetical
ordering of the groups then allow the user to set the
order of groups displayed on the MyGroups page.

Perhaps som form of flexable ordering option would be
useful such as floating the group with the most unread
(or new, or posted) messages to the top of the list.

This would be much more useful and friendly than the
(unknown) method of group ordering now.

I've change the order of the news servers and news groups
to be alphabetical.

In \admin\servers\master.php add ORDER BY serv_host
to the SELECT on line 94

In \admin\newsgroups\master.php add ORDER BY grp_name
to the SELECT on line 84
