#14 Binary UUdecoding

I'm not sure if the previous request is what I'm asking for,
so I'll go ahead and post mine, and you can delete it if it
is the same.

It would be nice that when MyNewsGroups downloads
the newgroups that it automatically uudecodes the
binaries, and stores them somewhere, possibly with a
newsgroup file structure
(i.e. /usr/newsgroups/alt.binaries.music/)
