#26 Empty NGs cause wrong error messages

On an empty (no messages) newsgroup, NyNG outputs:

MyNewsGroups :( Something Wrong Happened...

Error!

Error Message:
There aren't any articles available.

If you have any doubt, please contact the System
Administrator.

Anyway, nothing "wrong" happened. It's just a plain and
empty newsgroup. :-)
Empty newsgroups exist, especially if I run them on
localhost and want to use MyNG as an interface for
private newsgroups.

Article showing is not the only place where MyNG forgets
about empty newsgroups, though, as I occurred in other
problems which didn't occurr in "real" newsgroups. :-)
