#25 Error Message

Hi all,
I'm getting an error message when installing version
3.4.1 and trying to launch the application. The error
message is: "The MSVCP60.DLL is linked to missing
export MSVCRT.DLL:___lc_collate_cp.". Any help would
be appreciated
