#20 Unable to install Mynapster 33

I get the following error when attempting to install
mynapster:

I have downloaded it once again, with the same results.

I am running Win98, but not win98se.

i don't know why napster wont't install when i try it says

"authenticode siganature not found" and it says'installer
too small"

please help!!!
