#11 problems with downloading

I am having a problem downloading most files. I select the file I want to download, it shows up in the
download window, the status goes from connecting... to checking firewall... and then the download
disappears and the file is not downloaded. Why would this be?

I am having problems connecting to mynapster through my
proxy. I have a network and a firewall. I can only
connect to Mynapster with the server's computer. All the
other computers don't work with the program. Please, if
anyone knows how to solve this and get the program

I'm having this exact problem. Since we were forced to
upgrade to the new version, I cannot get ten times the
download errors and my downloads are hardly ever
successful. I also notice that anything that IS
downloading will be "knocked off" into a waiting status in
the middle of the download. I don't like the new version
at all.
