#18 FAQ deletion

For those of you who wants to delete a FAQ directly
from the interface, here are some modifications (only the
modified pages) to allow it. To do so, select your faq,
you'll see a deletion link next to the modification link.

Modified pages :
code/common.php
code/viewfaqs.php

Known issue :
In MySQL, the id column is defined as auto-increment.
The faqs numbers won't follow each others.

myHelpdesk :(
