Running a workflow with the MIR-Taverna-Plug-in
installed produces the following error. The MIR has been
initialised with the sample data in the mir-init-0.6
package.

Can you send me the workflow so that I can try to recreate
the error?

Storage of data and provenance does however seem to be
working ok so this does not seem to be something terminal.

There must be some other problems too - I just downloaded
all the apps, and was executing workflows - no result is
actually being sent to the MIR. Missing any config properties?

There is definitely something wrong with the libraries
bundled with the Taverna package of myGrid release. If I
use the package as it is, the enactor/plugin doesn't send
any request at all to the MIR. If I use the libraries as in
the Taverna CVS + the MIRBrowser (from CVS) and MIR-
Taverna-Plug-in (from CVS), it works perfectly.
Further, the workbench package has two jar files for the
MIR-Taverna-Plug-in - one is "taverna-MIR-Plug-in" and
the other is "MIR-Taverna-Plug-in". The second one is
the correct one.
The Taverna jar file differs in size from the one in
Taverna CVS - are there specific changes particularly for
the myGrid release? Is Taverna compliant (and fully
tested) with Axis-1.2RC1?

This is not an MIR problem. The problem lies in the packaging
of the workflow enactor. I think some mis-configuration or
corrupted/outdated jar files have caused this problem.
